Each week I will publish a Betting Report Card discussing the games that we won and lost in the previous week. This week was a great start to the season going 5-1.

In the early games we were on the Dolphins -4 / Rams +4 / Bears +7. The Bears looked good for most of the day and the Rams were looking solid as well while the Dolphins were struggling. In the end the Bears missed the cover losing by 8, while the Rams won outright as the dog, and the Dolphins finally got it together for the cover. We were 2-1

What a great start to the season going 5-1! In the early games we were on the Rams +4 / Dolphins -4 / Bears +7. The Dolphins were struggling while the Bears led their game most of the time before they flip-flopped. Meanwhile the Rams started well then quickly fell behind before taking the lead and getting the outright win. We went 2-1 in the early games and then had the Broncos -5 in the afternoon. This was a defensive battle that I didn’t expect and frankly we were lucky to get the cover being on the favorite in such a low scoring game. 3-1 going into Sunday Night was a nice feeling since I was very confident in the Giants as the dog with a chance to win outright. The Giants should have won the game, but having them at +6 was still a win, and our 4th win of the day. Sitting at 4-1 with just the 49ers left, I was happy knowing a winning weekend was locked up. Everyone was still in love with the Vikings all weekend, and I stuck to my guns. The 49ers made as many mistakes as you can in the 1st half before getting it together for a strong outright win with a final score of 20-3. All in all, going 5-1 in any weekend is great, but it’s really nice to start our season together on such a strong note. I’ll be crunching the numbers this weekend and hope to have my premium picks for Week 2 posted late Saturday night! Good luck guys!
